Julia is truly amazing. My husband and I were young first time home buyers, and we are so grateful to have found her because I couldn't have wished for anyone better. She answered all our questions and fought for us when we needed it! She gained my utmost trust. I look forward to working with her again one day.

Julia is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and takes command of both the property search as well as making the best deal possible. She’s a great advocate for your home purchase/selling needs.

Julia is fantastic, no other way to put it. We've worked with on both sides of the process now and she's gone above and beyond every time. She was always a step ahead in the process, ensuring we had everything lined up, and was immediately on top of anything that did manage to come up mid-transaction. She knows her stuff, negotiates hard, and was always available. We moved out of state and wish we could've continued to have her represent us.

Julia is absolutely amazing! She has helped me and my family with all of our real estate needs. She is so knowledgeable, honest and hard working. She was able to sell my home in 1 day and found me my new home of my dreams. Just listed with her again ! Can’t say enough about her work ethic and customer service. She always makes me feel like I am her priority and treats me as a family member would. Thank you Julia!

Julia's guidance in buying a house in Las Vegas was very helpful. She is very knowledgable and was able to help me understand the different areas so I could find the right place. She was there to help even though the process ended up being long and complicated because of the property I was selling out of state.

We were lucky to find Julia Grambo when we sold our house in 2022. Now in 2025, we asked Julia for a second time to sell another house for us, and it was lightening speed. Julia WILL sell your house quickly and safely, bringing you top dollar and the most you can get for it. Julia lives, breathes, and eats real estate in her sleep. She has a heart of gold and is truly the BEST real estate agent in Las Vegas/Henderson. At the end of the day, that's what we needed -- THE BEST and what you will need too. The next time we buy or sell a house, we'll be asking Julia again. Thank you, Julia, for everything and truly being the best agent in Las Vegas!

Did extremely well with a difficult situation. I truly appreciate her patience and willingness to assist in every facet. Was able to help us sale our house while I was stationed on the other side of the country.

Julia is the best in a tough business. She is professional, personable, knowledgeable and efficient - a great agent for both buyers and sellers.

Julia Grambo helped us find our forever home in Las Vegas. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided valuable feedback helping find the perfect home for us. A strong advocate of our interests and very responsive. We like that everything was transparent and disclosed throughout the process and how well she helped negotiate the purchase . She's still helping us get settled in even after the closing. Still can't help smiling when I recall how she multi-tasked as she was driving us around to look at houses. Even prepped a cooler of snacks and drinks for us. Working with her was truly a pleasantly amazing experience.

Julia was always available and helped us quickly sell my late aunts home. Being out of state she was very tentative and made the process very easy.

Julia was great throughout the process of selling and buying our house. She told us exactly what we needed to do to sell and showed us exactly what we asked for. In the end, she went to battle with our lender to make sure we closed on time. She is an amazing resource.

Highly Recommend. Always prepared and pays close attention to the customers requirements and requests. This was our second purchase with this realtor and we are in the process of making a third with her now.
